Summer 2022 -Tapas menu

During the summer months, from Friday 1st July to Saturday 27th August, Stark will be running a different concept to our usual six course tasting menu. We are collaborating with our sister site, Dos and will be running a bigger tapas bar from the Stark site at 15 Oscar Road, with longer opening hours.

 

Our opening hours during this time will be Wednesday to Sunday; dinner service Wednesday to Saturday, additional lunch service Thursday to Sunday. There will be a variety of small plates -favourites from both Stark and Dos- to choose from and the choice is yours -for these two months of the year we won’t be dictating what you eat at Stark!

 

For this period -1st July to 27th August- and our small plates menu, bookings will be taken via email (starkdosbroadstairs@gmail.com). If you would like a booking for the usual tasting menu at Stark, from September onwards, please use the reservations link on the website.

 

Please note: we will be turning tables during this time and the turn around will be quicker than that of Stark -the table will be yours for an hour and 45 minutes from the time of your reservation. We will also be accepting walk ins during this time and, whenever the weather permits, outdoor seating.

We are still unable to cater for allergies and dietary requirements. Whilst some of the dishes on offer might suit some dietary needs, we are unable to guarantee enough dishes to cater for any one requirement to equate to a meal.
